Very few people think about inner health. Mostly all about the external one. Today we think more of what other people think of us. So we spend more time taking care of our appearance than our health. Good job.
Hi Georgi. Thank you for sharing your thought. Yes, it’s true that most of the people don’t really take the inner health seriously. They only know how to complain about life is stressful but they don’t understand that this stressful life is actually created by themselves.
They only know to blame external that cause the stress in their life, but they have forgotten that their inner self actually has a choice to choose. They just didn’t try to connect to their inner self and take control to decide how they want to feel. Instead they just allow the situation or people from external to take control of their feel.
I know this is not easy. I’m learning too. Everyday I will find time for myself to connect to my inner self.

Hi Rajith. Yes, you will learn more about the HeartMath by taking this chance to access free into The HeartMath Experience and watch all the 12 videos. I don’t know about others, but for me, after I finish watching one video, I will keep look forward to watch the next video until the last one.
For my case is the other way round, I only get to learn more about HeartMath after I start using the Inner Balance device. So after watching those videos help me to have a even better understand of the techniques and start to apply it in my heart coherence practice everyday. I realise there is an improvement of the result.
One thing good about the Inner Balance is it helps you to keep track of your daily practice so that you can figure out yourself how to improve your heart coherence even better. Of course without the device, you can still practice the technique of heart coherence as they have teach you in the videos. Just that you not sure are you in the coherence state or not if without the device to tell you.
Therefore, it will take longer time to see result if without the help of Inner Balance device. And I can tell you from my experience, the feeling is really good when you are in a heart coherence state. You will realise after the session, you feel more relax and good mood, more energetic and focus in your work.
Of course there are days I couldn’t get good result from heart coherence due to lot of factors like not enough sleep, not feeling well, get stuck by too much stress and stubborn to let go, etc.
Just to share my experience, I realise I can get better result in heart coherence when practice early in the morning before the day start.

In order to be happy, the state of mind is very important. The body, brain, heart, thought, mind and emotion are all linked and connected. And the power is in the heart! When we practice heart coherence, feeling love and gratitude, this energy will affect our body, brain, mind and emotion. You will notice your body feel lighter and relax, more clarity of mind and have a better focus, feeling more at ease.
There are times you have problem getting heart coherence with your practice, just be patient and good to yourself. Don’t feel angry or frustrated with yourself as it will only make you feel worse. Be patient to yourself and love yourself more by keeping your feeling in a good positive state as much as you can.
Our breath can do wonder! The faster way to shift your feeling is try to focus on your breathing. Keep your breath slow, deep and gentle. Maintain it at that pace as long as you can. You will notice change in your body and mind.

This is a very interesting article. HeartMath sounds very interesting and I am sure gives some very useful and practical insights and benefits. Having said that I am always a little skeptical of how profoundly modern science can probe and yield fundamental understandings of consciousness.
After all modern science comes from a fundamentally opposed direction than the spiritual dimension. Modern science assumes that human consciousness evolved and self-reflective human consciousness came about at some point in the evolution of planet Earth.
Whereas from a purely spiritual perspective – or maybe I should say one spiritual perspective would be that consciousness precedes matter itself. The physical universe is an expression of universal consciousness.
In a similar way that there are waves on the ocean but it is the ocean that exists. Modern science provides a useful window into our experiences of the physical world.
I will stop there as I feel I am driving myself down a conceptual rabbit hole, 🙂

I know there are people who only believe those things with science proven. But that doesn’t mean that things have not been proven by science doesn’t exsit. It’s just a matter of time. As we can see nowadays the technology compare with 10yrs, 30ys, 50yrs or even 80yrs ago the technology how much difference is there.
If we can go back to the 80yrs ago telling the people there about our current technology, they will definitely think we are crazy and don’t believe it. So in other words, if we don’t believe in something doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. There is a reason why there are people talking about it because there are people have experience it.
Human being should learn to let go of their ego and admit to themselves there are things they don’t know and have an open heart and mind to learn. We got to empty our cup that is full with water first before we can fill it up again.
