
The Energy Codes
Everything is energy, including you and me and everything in existence in this world. Even our thought and feel are energy too. This has been proven by Quantum Science.
Quantum Science has shown us that the very basic foundation of physical existence there is no actual substance upon which life as we know it is built.
There is only form which energy held in different patterns. As energy is held in various patterns, it creates different experiences in the physical world, impacting our perceptions, our beliefs, our vitality and our health.
The Energy Codes by Dr. Sue Morter
I get to know this book through a friend recommendation in order to learn more details about we energy beings and life.
Dr. Sue Morter is an International speaker, Master of Bio-Energetic Medicine and Quantum Field visionary. She utilizes the embodiment of high frequency energy patterns to activate full human potential.
She illuminates the relationships of quantum thoughts and energy medicine, the elevation of human consciousness and life mastery.
In her book, she has shared her life experience. She draws from her experience as a doctor for over 30 years, inspiration from a life-changing awakening during meditation, and her personal passion for cracking the code of life itself.
Her greatest joy is sharing her discoveries with others.
Dr. Sue Morter is nationally published and has served on professional licensing boards, providing guidance to health care practitioners on integrative approaches to health care leadership. She is a member of the Transformational Leadership Council.
She teaches us to explore the far reaches of our own awareness through practices of self-healing, meditation and inner reflection through integrative breathwork. Dr. Sue brings science to the conversation of the heart.
The objective is to access higher frequency energy patterns in our own systems in order to define one’s life purpose and path with grace.
Science Behind The Energy Codes
A significant factor is that the patterns of energy, which ultimately determine our beliefs, can be held at the conscious or subconscious level.
Subconscious beliefs are much more illusive and yet, actually more potent when it comes to impacting our life.
Otherwise, we could simply consciously decide to be successful and healthy, and it would happen automatically.
If the subconscious hold energy patterns that conflict with that conscious choice, it will never manifest.
The subconscious mind is determining trillions of characteristics of the human experience every millisecond.
This can be helpful if all is well but not so helpful if there is interference in the system which can create an inappropriate response in life and unnecessary distress.
As it relates to creativity, health and healing, it translates like this: when you see, imagine or remember danger, the body responds as though it is being attacked in the present moment.
Even though there may be no actual attack happening at the moment but the subconscious autopilot portion of the nervous system activates the “fight or flight response”.
The blood pressure will go up, muscles get tight and heart rate increases. In addition, digestion shuts down and essentially all creative capacity and healing shuts down.
We can experience our full capacity only when the body relaxes, heart rate, blood pressure and tension return to their balance, and healing and ingenuity return to their previous potential.
The Energy Codes Overview

The Energy Codes Breakdown
Dr. Sue walks you through how to come back home to your Divine Self chapter by chapter and explains each technique step by step.
The book makes into 3 parts.
Part 1 – Focus on how to flip from fear to creativity and wholeness.
Part 2 – Bring you through the 7 energy codes (A system that guides you how to come back to balance and true brilliance). Each code is actually focused on your 7 different Chakras.
Part 3 – Teach you how to integrate the energy codes into daily life.
Central Channel Breathing
Central channel breathing is the breathwork for first chakra, the base chakra. It is a fundamental practice of the Energy Codes. I would love to share my discover from this breathing technique.
After practice this breathing, I can feel more energetic and my frequency has raise up. In order to prove it, I have tested it using The Inner Balance device.
The Inner Balance technology analyzes and displays our heart rhythm, measured by Heart Rate Variability (HRV), which indicates how emotional states are affecting our nervous system.
HRV offers a unique window into the quality of communication between the heart and brain, which directly impacts how we feel and perform.
Therefore, when our heart brain is in high coherence, it means we are at a high frequency state.

Below is the result from my test with The Inner Balance while I’m doing the Central Channel Breathing.
As you can see I’m at 97% high (Green colour) and Coherence is at 5.2 base on about 25 mins of the breathing practice. This show that I’m on a high coherence state, in other words on a high frequency.
The Energy Codes book also provide diagrams and charts for easy understand and reference. I would love to share one of the chart on the Root Chakra as shown below. As you can see, it provides lot of details.

Conclusion
I would highly recommend The Energy Codes book if you like to raise your frequency for your well-being and to have a better life.

My advice is don’t just go for the audio book only because you need to see those diagrams and charts for easy and better understand and reference.
The book is not expensive. It is worth it if it can help you to transform your life to a better life and keep your frequency high.

Hi Janet. One of the hardest things to overcome, especially when it comes to goal setting or changing something in our life, consciously is getting our subconscious mind to go along with it.
Like you mentioned, if the subconscious conflicts with that conscious choice you won’t be able to manifest what you want.

Yes, the problem is sometimes we ourselves don’t even know what is holding us back from success in our subconscious mind! In fact, this book teach us the technique to find.
And there is also one part of the book I like as it has said something like it’s difficult if trying to use matter to change matter. In fact, using energy to change the energy is easier because matters are made of energy anyway! Should target at the main right source. Don’t forget we are all energy beings proven by quantum science!

Yes, you can check it out on The Inner Balance. It’s a very good device that go with their app which can download for free. It can easily check you are on a high or low frequency!
You can open as many account as you like with the app but just using one Inner Balance device only.
In other words, your whole family can share to use just one Inner Balance device but individual of your family members can have their own personal account with the app to keep track of their own history record.

Central Channel Breathing sounds very similar to regular pranayama practice. I wonder do you find that or is it very different.

The techniques of The Energy Codes are for everybody (all energy beings since everything are energy!)
Therefore, it goes well with yoga and meditation too. For you information, the author Dr. Sue Morter is a yoga practitioner too. I also get to know it after I read her book.
The Central Channel Breathing provided in the book is a breathing techniques by focusing on our body chakras to help us feel more grounded. In her book, she did explain the importance of grounding.
You can also see from the chart I have provided in my blog post. The “Back Side” are the symptoms when we are not grounded while the “Front Side” are the benefits when we are grounded. She will explain more in her book.
Besides the Central Channel Breathing, there are many other breathing techniques provided in the book for different purpose.

Hi James. Yes, yoga actually cover a lot of stuffs. But most of the people only know about yoga poses.
Basically yoga is the union of the body, mind and soul. Yoga working on our breath. And our breath is our life force energy (prana energy). Therefore, everything is energy. You and me are made of energy.
When we understand this, we will learn to see life differently.
