In my previous blog post, I have explained what is vibrational frequency and how it can affect our well-being as well as the benefits of high vibrational frequency. And I also talk about how to identify your frequency state.
Today, I am going to talk about how to raise our vibrational frequency. If you have not read my previous blog post, it might be better for you to read it first so that you can have a better understanding why it is important to raise your vibrational frequency before you learnt about how to raise it.

How to Raise Your Frequency
Ideally, we want to be a high vibrational being to attain peak health and wellness for our mind, body, and soul. Everything we come into contact with, listen to, see, think, etc., each of these things have their own vibrational frequency that affects our energy field!
We can actively make changes to raise or maintain a high vibration.
Think positive! Our thoughts are vibrations too. We can change our frequency by reframing our perception into something more positive and of a higher vibration.
Eating organic foods and herbs, as they have a higher vibrational frequency, and cutting out processed junk foods.
Essential oils also contain frequencies that are several times greater than the frequencies of herbs and foods, and are a great tool for raising our vibration.
Having healing crystals in and around our energy field is another way to raise our vibration.
Listening to high frequency music or song will also help to raise your vibration. Music is not only able to affect our mood but our perception too.
By listening to particularly happy or sad music can even change the way we perceive the world, according to new research. There are music that focus on different purpose. You may like to check it out for more HERE.

Watch more inspiration videos or television programs will help to raise your vibration and stop watching news or television programs that bring down your frequency.
The emotional content of films and television programs can affect psychological health. It can do this by directly affecting our mood, and our mood can then affect many aspects of our thinking and behaviour.
Meditation can help to raise our vibration and release stress too. You may learn more in my another blog post What Is Meditation And Its Benefits.
Learn to relax! When you are in a relaxation state, you will feel light and happy. When you are in a stress state, you will feel tense and heavy. You can also notice your breath is different between relax and stress state.

Feeling love and gratitude is the faster way to raise our vibration! These have been put into practice with heart brain coherence by HeartMath Experience Program too.
Do something you love and enjoy doing! You will notice when you do something you love and enjoy, you are full of energy and never get tire easily because you are on a high frequency!
Of course, do yoga poses or some fitness exercise will help to raise your vibration too!
Identify What Pull Your Frequency Down
We are not born with low frequency! When we are just a baby or kid, we are so carefree with no stress and worry. We are always happy and playful!
It’s our reaction or response to our life experience has lower our frequency. Try to identify what it is that actually pulling you down.
Is it your mindset or thought that you have put to yourself or life? Whatever it is, you have to go deeper and find the answer yourself.
It actually make more sense to remove those things that are blocking us from raising our higher frequency instead of just doing things that help to raise our vibration. Once our blockage is clear, to replace it with a higher vibration will be more effortless.
Through the process of raising our vibration, we will get to learn what actually is pulling our frequency down when we are mindful enough to observe.
Once we manage to identify it, our determination to remove those blockage will start to take place.
But you have to prepare these transformations period will not be easy because you are like trying to remove a long time habit that have been with you for years and replace it with another new habit. Your persistence and determination is very important.
Some people might ask is it worth it to go through this transformation period, and my answer is YES if you have learnt about the benefits of high vibrational frequency from my previous blog post.
I thought Happiness is what everybody are seeking for in life? True happiness is a high vibrational frequency!
So this should be the best reason why it is worth it to go through this transformation period.
If we just work on raising our vibration without identify what are blocking us, we will have a hard time as our frequency will be like a roller coaster going up and down.
It is because we have difficulty to maintain that high frequency state for long as our low frequency that is in us can interfere anytime and pull us down again.
Life is about navigating what is thrown at us. How we react or response to it will create the “Cause”. Whether the “Effect” turn out to be positively or negatively depend on the “Cause” we have created.
Basically we create life every day. Those courageous steps we take will flourish in high vibrations.
Love and gratitude have a very high vibrational frequency. They flourish everywhere. They are really pretty much everything. It’s a frequency so high it can heal, it’s an energy of transformation, it’s the connection we seek.
